Brian set up the tent last night as a practice run for our first tent camping experience over this Labor Day weekend with the Gamblins at Marengo Cave. He and Patrick spent the night in the backyard, Lucy and I slept comfortably and quietly 50 feet away in our own beds. Ah, my kind of camping. All of the experience with the tent and the campfire, but the comfort of home :) I asked Lucy if she wanted to sleep outside in the tent -- her expression and reaction mirrored my own. I know we will have a good time in a couple of months, though.
